Putting Faith Into Motion
frequently asked questions
1. How do I donate equipment?
Donating is easy! You can call or email us to coordinate a donation, but the best option is to drop off gently used medical equipment during business hours at Weaver Medical Equipment in Lithia Springs, GA. If you have larger equipment or special circumstances, contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
2. What types of equipment do you accept?
We accept most gently used home medical equipment, including items such as walkers, wheelchairs, transport chairs, shower chairs, bedside commodes, hospital beds, and other mobility or bath safety equipment.
For safety reasons, we do not accept disposable medical supplies, pharmaceuticals, opened personal care items, or incontinence products.
3. How can I help support Faith in Motion?
There are several meaningful ways to support our mission! You can donate gently used medical equipment, connect us with individuals or families in need, volunteer your time, partner with us through your church or organization, or make financial contributions through our fundraisers to help us continue restoring equipment and serving our community.
4. Who qualifies to receive equipment?
Faith in Motion exists to serve individuals and families in West Georgia facing financial hardship or barriers to accessing essential medical equipment. Each request is reviewed to verify need and eligibility so we can steward donated resources responsibly and help as many people as possible.
5. Is there any cost to receive equipment?
No. Our mission is to provide essential medical equipment completely free of charge to qualified individuals in need, made possible through generous donations and the support of our community.
