Shipping Carrier

Wyatt's DME, LLC uses UPS as our primary shipping carrier to ensure reliable and timely delivery of your orders.

Shipping Rates and Fees

Shipping rates and fees are calculated based on UPS's current rates and may include additional handling charges. These charges are passed through directly to you at checkout and are determined by the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.

Handling Charges

In addition to shipping rates, handling charges may apply to cover the costs of packaging and preparing your order for shipment. These charges will be clearly displayed at checkout.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

Wyatt's DME, LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping

Currently, Wyatt's DME, LLC only ships within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
